Known for her compositions characterized by melodic and tonal elements and lively rhythms, Alrich was commissioned by pianist Lynn Schugren to create “Sierra Rhapsody,” which Schugren will perform as part of an ensemble for InConcert Sierra Orchestra’s 2023–24 Third Sunday Concert Series.
